November 9, 200421 yr Not sure I get your point here, Ian. If someone flies around the world at 89N, they've still flown around the world, haven't they? What's wrong with that? When you say the flight needs to cross the equator to "be legal" I assume you're making reference to some sponsored 'round the world flight such as IVAO which I believe have some such criteria.This flight was intended to see how close I could come to circumnavigating the globe in a 737 using scheduled airline flights. More about the airplane than me. The challenge isn't the flight, it's digging out the right scheduled flights to complete the route!So... my bubble's still intact :-)
