February 26, 200521 yr Hi Michael,This was some time ago now but maybe you can give me a helping hand. I downloaded FSNavigator to check it out but when connected to IVAO using the latest IvAp client no other online aircrafts show up.Are you still flying online at IVAO using FSNavigator and do you see the other online aircrafts?Cheers,
February 26, 200521 yr This happens to me as well, caused me to stop using FSNav's Multiplayer option all together. Never did figure it out, anyone have a clue?
February 26, 200521 yr Hi guys,Found out earlier today why it is like this, you will only see traffic within a certain radius of your own aircraft...I belive it's the same value as for the TCAS...normally set to 40 NM.Another thing I'm trying to figure out now is if it's possible to change the default multiplayer name 'FS2004' that IvAp sets - anyone who knows?
April 22, 200521 yr >Happens to me as well. >>I'm willing to bet it's very common.>>What's the fix?It just started happening with me with a Payware Grumman Goose that I fly. As soon as I select Multiplayer, in FS Nav, the engine sound and most of the other sounds go off. A reboot of the PC is usually necessary to restore everything back to full volume. After reading this post, I decided to try it with the PMDG, and it's the same thing. As soon as Multiplayer in FS Nav connects, the sound in PMDG quits. The only thing I have done in the last 2 days is install and then uninstall SB3. I am wondering if that had something to do with this sudden problem.
April 22, 200521 yr Hi Bob,I'm using FSNav with the PMDG 737 as well and I don't have any problems with the sound, so if you haven't changed any other stuff rather than installing SB3...SB3 seems to be the culprit to me. Try uninstalling it if you haven't already and see if it makes any difference.Good luck!

I have a feeling that SB3 screws something up in FS Nav, and creates this issue. I am getting a new PC next week, so a complete reinstall of everything will probably solve the problem.
April 24, 200521 yr When installing the latest version of SB3 uncheck the option the load FSUIPC. This will prevent overwriting your current version. If FSUIPC is the problem this should stop it happening. Regards Keith B. Life is a short dash between two dates on a Tombstone
