A download resumer? I am sure the support@ address can help you out if the problem persists.

OMG! Calm down. PMDG is a small group of people who work other jobs and have lives outside of MSFS. They will contact you when they see your message. They do have a technical support address too, and it's checked once every 24 hours. Things happen, so give it some more time. They aren't ripping you off. PMDG has excellent customer service.Here's their support e-mail address: [email protected]'m sure there's a resonable explanation as to why your connection is failing. Just be patient.

Vrystaat-It is apparent from your post that you have not taken any time to read the email sent to you at purchase, or to read the information presented to you on our site during download, or to consult the technical support information provided on the site as well.PMDG will not provide technical support for you to get your machine configured to accept downloads. The expectation (and it is not unrealistic) is that you should have the basic technical knowledge required to download the product to your PC.If you are having problems, have you considered contacting our technical support address as desribed?If so- you will receive an answer.I suggest that in this forum and when contacting technical support that you conduct yourself in a mature manner. If you do not, we will be unable to assist you.
