November 14, 200421 yr Dear PMDG fans, I get something confused. A/T could switch on on the ground if I just install the 737 600/700 V1.3. It doesn't work When I have installed 737 800/900,then SU1,then Model Update. The warning light is illuminated. Anybody get the same problem? Sorry for bad english skill.
November 14, 200421 yr Thanks for your advice. I'm not in clod and dark but engine auto mixture, also the FD switch was engaged. Nothing happened when I click the T.O./G.A. button, because A/T doesn't switch on! The most important thing is it was all functional when I didn't install 800/900!

November 14, 200421 yr Mr. The most important thing is it was all functional when I didn't install 800/900! :-hang Please take two minutes to read the forum guidelines and sign your posts with your real name. You still have to check that your engine driven generators are connected to the electrical buses or you wont be able to engage the A/T.The generator switches are located on the overhead panel, and are described in the manual, chapter 07, pages 7-28 to 7-30.The reason for this being different after your update is that the state of your switches is different. A check of all switches and buttons in the right position before takeoff is highly recommended.Hope it helps, Mats JohanssonPMDG Flight Test Dept | Asus Z270-A | Intel i5-7600K @ 4.8 GHz OC/H2O | nVidia Geforce GTX 1070 8GB OC/O2|
November 15, 200421 yr Dear Mr. Johansson,I'm appreciate for your help! It works! :-wave The engine generators switch has not connected yet, it was illuminated blue, I didn't notice that, because it's auto connected in PMDG-737 600/700. Another question: the autobreak switch set to RTO, I think it would auto reset to off when the plane is take off from the ground, is that right?Austin Huang From China
November 15, 200421 yr No that is not correct, the switch on the real NG does not return on it's own..Best Wishes,[h4]Randy J. November 15, 200421 yr That's funny - cos my switch returns to off automatically after take off. (737 - 600/700 - FS2002).
November 15, 200421 yr Yeah,That's one of the things the dev team corrected with the -800/900.Cheers, Mats JohanssonPMDG Flight Test Dept | Asus Z270-A | Intel i5-7600K @ 4.8 GHz OC/H2O | nVidia Geforce GTX 1070 8GB OC/O2|
November 15, 200421 yr Mats, yeah but I'm flying the 600/700 in FS2002 !PS I've noticed that you answer a lot of forum questions - is it your job ?
November 15, 200421 yr Dave - :-hah No it's not my job. One of my jobs is to sit down in front of my computer and hack code for my Virtual Dispatcher. But once in a while I get bored and surf the forums and as I've been involved in the beta testing of this bird I sometimes have some answers to your questions. If you use FS2002 and the 600/700 I'm afraid you'll have to live with the RTO flaw.Hope it helps, Mats JohanssonPMDG Flight Test Dept | Asus Z270-A | Intel i5-7600K @ 4.8 GHz OC/H2O | nVidia Geforce GTX 1070 8GB OC/O2|
