November 16, 200421 yr Hello, I am looking for some sort of tutorial that will allow me to start from the dark and cold cockpit and complete the most simple flight.I bought the product some months ago but never used it because I was overwhelmed by the amount of documentation one has to read.Having only 1 hour of spare time per day or less it will probably take me ages to read it all and by the time I finish I will have forgotten the first part.Isn't there a quick guide for some near immediate fun?Or a 'pmdg for dummies' guide with screenshots or at least a reference as where to find the buttons to click?I found a couple of mini tutorials for download but they're assuming too many things and the just make me feel (more) stupid. :-)Usually it goes like this 'turn the Electric Hydraulic Pumps OFF'Ok thanks but where is the dreaded Electric Hydraulic Pumps button?I cannot see it anywhere. And same for many other buttons.I did a search on the site and while this question was asked several times I could not find an answer that satisfied me.Thanks for any reply.

And same for many other buttons.Well, this is because you apart from doing the tutorial also have to Read The Fine Manuals that comes with the aircraft. If you are short of time you could try to do a tutorial with the manuals in front of you. Looking up information as you go. The authors of these tutorials usually assume that you have a basic knowledge of the aircraft i.e. where the switches and buttons are located. You should try Fred Clausen's tutorial. You can find it here in the AVSIM library. Search for Fred Clausen and be sure to pick up version 2.Hope it helps, and good luck studying ;-) Mats JohanssonPMDG Flight Test Dept | Asus Z270-A | Intel i5-7600K @ 4.8 GHz OC/H2O | nVidia Geforce GTX 1070 8GB OC/O2|
