February 16, 200521 yr VictorYou are quite right, it is generally accepted in the UK at least that 1000ft is the minimum flap retraction (or accelleration alt) so we do indeed keep V2 - V2+20 until we reach 1000, at this point assuming there is no noise restrictions we can then enter relevant modes to begin accelleration past the green 5 and green 1 and retract the flaps on schedule.Take a look at my previous post for how we do things on the classic 737and that might outline things better.RegardsKris
