February 25, 200521 yr Moderator Hi there,I just wanted to voice my experience dealing with PMDG and its support staff. Last night I double clicked on a bogus batch file on my PC and of course my system shortly after was trashed. I know, I should know better, lesson learned - the hard way. After dealing with PC's for more than 10 - 15 years, I usually back up on a regular basis but haven't in a while loosing all my flightsim add-on's including my beloved 737NG.One - just one - email to support and within 2 hours I had a new download link and 2 replies from PMDG's support. I am a manager working in customer service and I always expect the best from my employees, this is exactly how I want my customers to be treated!!Thank you PMDG for not only offering the best products but also the best customer service, and last but not least thank you Paul Gollnick!!!!Cheers,Petehttp://members.aol.com/pzsoulman/myhomepage/logo.gifAMD64-3400,1GB/2700DDRAM,WinXP(SP2),DirectX9.0c,Geforce6800(128MB)(Det.66.81), CH Yoke/Pedals I9-13900K, RTX 4090, DR5-6000MHZ, CORSAIR ICUE H150I ELITE, ASUS PRIME Z790-P, THERMALTAKE TOUGHPOWER GF3 1350W, WIN 11
