But not every one has a separate throttle unit. I am using a normal MS SIdewinder here in Melbourne.Regards,Melissa Liew

So Melissa,If you are planning on flying the 744 with an MS Sidewinder joystick why are you so concerned about the realism regarding the engine parameters? Get yourself a yoke and some pedals for the first step towards realism for crying out loud! ;-)(Just pulling your leg) :-)
