747 WHEN WHEN WHEN?

Well, no matter what their policy is they would never avoid barrage of questions. If they did not reveal the aircraft then they would face endless threads of speculation about what the project is. On the other hand revealing the aircraft type being worked on is a good idea since it allows other vendors to adjust their offerings - therefore avoiding potential duplications. And not every project must have well defined "due" date. Microsft's Longhorn have due dates +/- a year and it missed number of "phases". NASA's current project of the manned mission to Mars has a due date of plus/minus 10 years.Michael J.WinXP-Home SP2,AMD64 3500+,Abit AV8,Radeon X800Pro,36GB Raptor,1GB PC3200,Audigy 2
