April 15, 200521 yr Hi,I have sent 4 emails to PMDG support requesting a new download link for the B1900D which I lost when my PC had a catastrophic crash recently. I bought the original in June 2004.I have had no acknowledgement from anyone at PMDG and I therefore consider the level of service from this company to be pretty low!Any help please?Paul White

April 15, 200521 yr Hi Paul,just be patient, if you havn't received a response I'm sure you will soon. Have you got the email address right?PMDG prides itself on the support it offers the FS community. I'm sure your problem will be fixed asap.
April 15, 200521 yr Commercial Member Paul-generally speaking, our support responds within 24-48 hours after receiving your email.Are you certain that your ISP is not blocking our response as spam?Can you also try sending to "[email protected]" from a hotmail address or a yahoo address, so we can be certain that it didn't get lost?
