landing altitude

Featured Replies

Hi,Is there any way to look up in the FMC (737) at what altitude a runway is positioned? So far, in the approach page, I can only see the length of the runway. Thanks,Dirk

The Descent Page I believe has the airport altitude.

Go to "Menu" and then line select "NAVDATA," then type in the airport you are flying to. Since FS doesn't take into account different runway elevations yet the airport elev is good enough. Hope this helps. :-)

not to forget the LEGS-Page. The last entry (before continued by "missed aproach" if programmed/selected) is the selected RUNWAY.Indicated: RWxyL <--> 147/346 (as an example) which means landing speed and ALTITUDE 346 Feetcheers, Helmut
