January 22, 200620 yr Author But in general it's the same. Let's say both the PAX and -F are exactly 380 metric Tons. Then you won't feel any difference...right?I guess the engine ratings are the same aswell.BTW. I guess that's why some airlines like Atlas Air take out the STAB TANKS. That's an extra 10 tons of freight in excange for fuel.
January 23, 200620 yr the geometry of the lower deck is the same, but the upper deck is smaller like a -200. it is much lighter when empty because of everything except a few seats up top is taken out so it probably feels much lighter and quick.
