How do I get a clean 747 with engines running at startup?

Recommended Posts

OK.. for now, I don't want to do a cold start and fill fuel etc... I want to start with the 747 engines running preferable with full/more than70% fuel. After I installed the PMDG 747, I started FS9 with the default 172 and then changed the airplane and I got a hot 747 with full fuel. (I should have saved the state then). But now, when I do that, I am getting almost empty fuel (I don't know how to add fuel outside FS9). and I am also having my second engine with issues.. its not running. At this stage of my learning curve, I don't want to get into those things. How do I get a clean plane from start of FS9?Manny

Try deleting your "PREVIOUS FLIGHT" from the chose a flight menu then load the cessna with engines etc running and shut down the sim completely. Load the 747 FIRST. This should clear the memory FS is holding on the engine shutdown. Once in the sim, go to the PMDG menu (Push alt) and select GENERAL>OPTIONS>FUEL there set your desired fuel level...[h4]Randy J.
