I have the 1900C and fly it occasionally. Is there a benefit in getting the 1900D; is it an upgrade to the PMDG 1900C? What's the PMDG difference? Thanks!

No, it would be the reverse, in terms of the sim features.Both have excellent flight models, but the "D" has a lot of default gauges, the "C" has pretty much all custom stuff. The performance of the planes is very similar, real and virtual.* Orest

If you have the B1900C, I would not get the 1900D...the D is nowhere near as good and you might feel kinda cheated going from great to just good like that...
