PMDG approach problem

Featured Replies

The last 3 flights with the PMDG 737-700 that I did all had the same problem. At 200 AGL the aircraft would go nose up and will not come back down making me miss the RWY everytime. This happens on ILS and on Vis with the autopilot on. Everything is set right on the NAV radios and FMC and I am not hitting the GA button but thats what it seems like it's doing, going around. Anyone have any solutions? Everything worked fine before and then I had to reinstall it and every since then I have had this problem. Thanks for the help!

Nameless,It sounds like your entering Alpha Floor protection envelope and the aircraft is going to max power and Go Around mode to avoid a stall. Are you getting your flaps out on schedule and is your approach reference speeds set properly in the FMC?RegardsPaul Gollnick :-cool Technical Operations/Customer Operational SupportPrecision Manuals Development Groupwww.precisionmanuals.comhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/devteam.jpg

I will get a screenshot the next time it happens. Yes, the approach speeds are set properly in the FMC and the Flaps are going out on schedule. Thanks for the quick reply.Jason
