lost product, DL exe file wont copy out of my CD

hello PMDG i bought, via downlaoad, PMDG 737 NG around march 2005 and have been flying without ony problems but after an fs reinstall my exe file wont copy out of my CD so i cant install the pmdg 737 600 700. My email at time of purchase was vipor_7@hotmail.com. I need a new download file ASAP because i have also have pmdg 737 800 900 and cant install it w/out 600 700. i left a screenshot of whats wrong. I usually left the EXE file in open format but was trying to save space, i wont compress zip it anymore. current email : vipor75@hotmail.com
