Nameless-(Please sign your posts here- we appreciate knowing to whom we speak!)Can you elaborate a bit more on what error message you are getting?I suspect that the installer does not like winXP64- but that can probably be addressed if I understand what you are describing.

Wondering if this indeed turned out to be an x64 issue?I run x64 and have been thinking of getting the 400F.Thanks for any replies.Joe Lorenc
