Having Problems downloading cargo version

I had problems downloading the Cargo version of the 747. My dowmload link was lost at around 40mb. Anyone else experiencing slow download times. I am now attempting to download a second time and I noticed this on the e-commerce link:"An error has occured in this store. We apologize for the inconvenience. To return to the store's home page, click here. To contact the store administrator, click here "Are there problems with the server/store at this time? Should I try the download link e-mailed to me later? BTW I seem to be getting boxed "RED x's" on the ecommerce page where there should be banners.Regards,Tom

I get the same error while trying to log in to the e-commerce section.I am currently trying to reinstall both the 400 and the 400F but I am not able to validate the installation.

Well it looks like the download link I have is kind of messed up. I would prefer an alternate link if someone at PMDG would accomodate us.Tom

OK thanks Max. That's what I needed to know. BTW, I already e-mailed support. I guess when the commerce site is back up everything will be back to normal. Explains maybe why my download speed was sooooo SLOW, they were likely having problems just before I would have begun my download.Regards,Tom

Just to let you know. I have now downloaded the 747F addon and everything went smoothly (and fast). The e-Commerce link is running OK now, as it should as far as I can tell. Now I can seriously get down to some highly anticipated simming.Best Regards,Tom
