No Repsonse From Tech Support

I sent a message to PMDG Tech Support yesterday. I received an e-mail posting indicating all response processes were normal and the time for response would be 24 hrs. It has been more than 24 hours and I still haven't received a reply.Here's my problem. I recently built a new computer. I used XP's utility that was supposted to copy all of my settings and files over to the new computer. Unfortunately it didn't seem to do the job for my PMDG aircraft (B1900, B736, B737, B744). Yesterday I also purchased the B744 Cargo version. NOTE: During the move I seemed to have lost my original installers for all of my aircraft.When I tried to install the Cargo aircraft the process failed and the installer indicated that I didn't have the base 744 installed. All of the previously installed files in the "Aircraft" folder and the "PMDG" folder under the FS directory are there. I guess there is a set of keys loaded into the registry for these aircraft so this must be preventing further updates or operation.I cannot find the original order numbers for the B1900 and the B737s but I do have the numbers for the 744 and the Cargo version. What I need is instructions on how to recover all of my aircraft so that I can fly again.Thanksfb

fb, (how do you pronounce that, fuh-buh?)i think the EULA states that you can only use pmdg products on the computer it was originally downloaded in. i could be totally wrong though.hope it all goes smoothlymax
