I think it is possible. Try this: Go to the ACT RTE 1 LEGS page and there to a waypoint at cruising hight. Then press RTE DATA on R6. Write e.g. 180/55 and load it up to the appropriate LSK. Then you can do that for all waypoints at cruising hight.

im pretty sure its modelled in the RTE DATA page, but entering the winds only works when you are in a cruize
