  1. Wow amazing video Jack. Its not really until you see a professional fly this aircraft properly do you start to appreciate the job PMDG have done on the NGX. Keep them coming Jack I'm loving the videos, beautiful approach and landing!
  2. Actually while on the activation topic, im a few months away from having my PC built but i dont want to miss out on the launch price. If i buy it now is there any time limit to activating the product upon purchase?
  3. Beautifully controlled approach, over the years I've been trying to finesse my approaches and make descents and changes in speed more smooth. Id love to see more videos showing more approaches and procedures.
  4. Hahaha what a thread! Im picturing a big red release button with Robert looming over it ala Mr BurnsRELEASE THE HOUNDS...Err NGX sorry
  5. Oh i do love reading the forum just before a product is released. Everyone goes a bit potty and conspiracy theories and speculation are rife. Great fun :)
  6. $69.99 = €50USA! USA! :) thank you politiciansI don't have my PC yet but I'll be buying it at that price for sure!
  7. Just been watching some videos from AOA on the NGX, absolutely amazing! Cant believe its being released soon! Now all i need is to get a good PC! Congrats again to the PMDG team!
  8. Wow incredible. Quick question, have you shown the product to the guys at Boeing? I've always wondered what they make of flight sim products. They surely must be amazed by this. Hats off to PMDG, yet again raising the bar in flight simulation products.
  9. Thanks for the update Robert. The ends in sight congrats to you and the PMDG team! Looking forward to getting my hands on it!
  10. The PMDG guys must be used to this by now I'd have thought. The run up to a product release can be frustrating on the forums. People tend to leave respect and proper conuct behind in their quest for immediate information. I think we all value PMDG and the effort these guys go to to enable us to enjoy our hobby more. It's a shame it gets out of hand sometimes. Rest assured the majority are flowers and not weeds...if that makes sense Vin :)
  11. Regarding the detail of the product, I think that's the joy of PMDG and also of the FS community. Some of us know enough to get from point a to b and enjoy the product. Some of us enjoy detail flight planning, failures and advanced real world operations and they can still enjoy PMDG products. I often remember booting up an aircraft and tutting to myself that this switch doesn't work, that system isn't modelled etc. With PMDG and especially the current products your getting pretty much all the systems and functionality that's currently possible on the platform. So catering for all simmers from newbies to oldies is what makes PMDGs products stand out in my view. I remember buying the NG when I first started with flight simming. For weeks I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I read the manuals and out of sheer luck I managed to configure my first autoland. I remember on short final panicking that I had every switch and setting correct and I glided to a perfect landing. I was instantly hooked. 7 years later I'm still learning with PMDGs products.
  12. My word your setup runs like a hot knife through butter. Very smooth. Fantastic videos I can't wait to fly her.
  13. Thanks for the update Robert the dedication to perfection that PMDG show is astonishing. You guys keep raising the bar with each release.Looking forward to seeing the final product.
