May 29, 201115 yr This is my first post in quite some time. Forgive me for duplicating that which has been said in a fashion far greater than I can ever hope to do.Thank You, PMDG staff, for your patience throughout these difficult times while we all wait anxiously for what appears to be a ground breaking and standard setting piece of flight simulation software. Many of us have been guilty of, perhaps, over exuberance in our anticipation of release (which is rather ubiquitous, if you think about it). Regretfully, there are those who take the opportunity to criticize for any perceived delay, real or otherwise. We all have our share of "crazy uncles", do we not? They mean well, even if they have difficulty expressing it.The point is, by all appearances your work upholds the finest tradition of PMDG software, and I know I speak for the community when I extend to you a perhaps somewhat premature "HUZZAH", "BRAVO" and the like. The community continues to hold its collective breath while your team continues to polish the struts and flightdeck glass.Do please continue to be patient with us, fellas. We mean no harm, carry no malice and are only terribly excited about your latest creation. We continue to wait, eager to fill your coffers with well-deserved dinero, upon the release of your newest "baby". Take your time, fellas. Get it right and maintain the PMDG reputation for excellence. Despite the occasional angst and gnashing of teeth, we are a tight knit community of in many cases (myself included) of seriously disturbed individuals who truly love our hobby of simulated flight, and continue to wait patiently for what promises to be the Next Generation of simulation available to us!CheersChip Barber"The Corner"
May 30, 201115 yr Commercial Member Appreciate this, Chip. Sometimes it's hard to see the flowers through the weeds. We're itching to get this airplane out to you all as soon as we can, and we really are doing our best to create the best aircraft yet seen on a desktop flight simulator. May 30, 201115 yr VinMost of us just sit here and say nothing, some go for the repetitive praise, some go for the constant nag nag nag and some go for the nitpicking. Be assured that by far the majority of your customers just sit and wait and we're quite content..... provided we get the Woodpigeon on time, as promised :( Bill Casey

May 30, 201115 yr The PMDG guys must be used to this by now I'd have thought. The run up to a product release can be frustrating on the forums. People tend to leave respect and proper conuct behind in their quest for immediate information. I think we all value PMDG and the effort these guys go to to enable us to enjoy our hobby more. It's a shame it gets out of hand sometimes. Rest assured the majority are flowers and not weeds...if that makes sense Vin :)
