I know nothing about pagefiles but I am running 3 internal hard drives and three external. FSX resides on my C drive, and FS9 on one of the other internal drives. How do I find info on the pagefile and get it to you? Chip B.

Greets Has anyone reported getting an Out of Memory message? Running the J41 or the MD11 does not result in any memory or CTD issues. But when I load the NGX, within perhaps two minutes FSX freezes with the Out of Memory message. I do not get this message with any other software. Specs: Windows 7 Home Premium, 4G RAM, NVidia GeForce GTX 260 w/1G, i7 CPU 4 Core @ 2.80 GHz. Running FS9 with all sliders maxed out with as much stuff crammed into it as possible still gives me nearly unlimited frame rates. FSX with sliders maxed and 20% on traffic, road traffic and ships averaged 21 FPS with the limit set to 24. The specific message I get is: "Your computer has run out of available memory. Please restart Flight Simulator and select different graphics, scenery or traffic settings." It is only with the NGX that I've seen this message. I continue to adjust settings, but has anyone else had this issue? ThanksChip Barber

Well, cash is exchanged but no download available. I suspect as stated here the server is sparking with overload. PMDG has a sterling reputation for a very good reason. Their products and support are simply better than most if not all other developers. Sure, we're waiting for the server(s) to get their stuff together, and there seems to be a lack of PMDG reps available at the moment. But my guess is most if not all of them are either addressing the server issue(s) or troubleshooting. Keep the faith! We've all purchased the very best, from the very best. In good time I have no doubt we'll all have this really big, stupid grin that our wives, girlfriends or significant others (and pets, for you really freaky types) just will not understand. In the meantime, let's just crack a cold one and follow the forums to get a leg up when our dream sim arrives. Chip Barber

This is my first post in quite some time. Forgive me for duplicating that which has been said in a fashion far greater than I can ever hope to do.Thank You, PMDG staff, for your patience throughout these difficult times while we all wait anxiously for what appears to be a ground breaking and standard setting piece of flight simulation software. Many of us have been guilty of, perhaps, over exuberance in our anticipation of release (which is rather ubiquitous, if you think about it). Regretfully, there are those who take the opportunity to criticize for any perceived delay, real or otherwise. We all have our share of "crazy uncles", do we not? They mean well, even if they have difficulty expressing it.The point is, by all appearances your work upholds the finest tradition of PMDG software, and I know I speak for the community when I extend to you a perhaps somewhat premature "HUZZAH", "BRAVO" and the like. The community continues to hold its collective breath while your team continues to polish the struts and flightdeck glass.Do please continue to be patient with us, fellas. We mean no harm, carry no malice and are only terribly excited about your latest creation. We continue to wait, eager to fill your coffers with well-deserved dinero, upon the release of your newest "baby". Take your time, fellas. Get it right and maintain the PMDG reputation for excellence. Greets,Older guy somewhat out of his league here. I dislike asking dumb questions, but I'm confused so here goes:On Thursday evening, March 4, I purchased the Extended Download Service for the PMDG 736 - 739 NG series. I've sent two followup emails asking for directions how to proceed, but have not heard back.Where do I go to get the download links? I think there was an instruction at some point telling one to go to the old orders and the links there would be reactivated. Well, the 800-900 link is listed but is not active. I am unable to find any information on my account page for my original purchase of the 736/737NG. But certainly, my purchase for both Extended Downloads went through immediately.As it has been four days, I am becoming concerned. Could someone point me in the right direction?ThanksChip Barber

I've been attempting to figure out the CH yoke problem. Using FS9. I am unable to get the yoke to respond to the saved commands. Until I can get it to respond, I'm just clicking with the mouse, and have assigned the left/right arrows from the keyboard. Greg,Be sure to use the "Other" flight selection, and use the default flight from there. You should find yourself on the runway at KSEA in the default 172 with the engine running. From there, choose the PSS 757, set the state you'd like her to be in (from the SET option), and save the flight as something you'll recall.From there, I'm a little fuzzy on the details...Chip@-@http://www.jdtllc.com/images/rcv4bannerbeta.jpg

GreetingsThe gear refuses to retract. On the panel, the gear lever moves up and down appropriately, but on gear up command, the gear disparity light goes on, and the gear remains down.Is there something I'm doing wrong? I was recently instructed to descend to 11thousand within 30 miles. GreetingsAfter what was supposed to be a successful installation of these birds, I find I have several blank spots on the panels where gauges are supposed to be. Hi Frank,Before you begin your descent, are you entering a lower altitude in the CRZ page of the FMC? It should (I think, someone please correct me if I'm wrong) be at or below your assigned "descend to" altitude. Type the new level in the scratchpad and hit LSK1, CRZ ALT. Then hit EXEC. You now ought to be able to return to the VNAV descent.You can use the speedbrake to slow your speed in a descent by deploying them (default "/" key). It is located on the pedestal, to the left of the throttles. I also descend with V/S. If the speed is climbing, I'll slow it down by decreasing my vertical speed. If I'm given a restriction that forces me to descend faster than I'd like, I'll use the speedbrake and adjust the V/S to keep the speed I'd like at the descent rate I need.Hope this helps!Chip B.@-@http://www.jdtllc.com/images/rcv4bannerbeta.jpg

Having been given a crossing restriction that states "Cross forty miles from the Charlie Hotel waypoint at eleven thousand and at two four zero knots", how do I program the FMC to reflect the restriction? I'll have to create a waypoint 40 miles before CH, and designate the speed/altitude. I just can't find in any manuals the instructions how to enter the waypoint and restrictions. I know its there, I just can't seem to find it.ThanksChip B.@-@
