Hello, this answer is somewhat misleading, and could make the general public believe the person asking was wrong.Knots express airspeed in one measure, and Mach number in another. While an aircraft is cruising at high altitude, both expressions are equally correct.Knowledge based on the best in formal training and servise as chief experimental test pilot in reputable air force and aviation industry.>> Does the "Queen" actually go 250 something knots at>37,000>>feet or what>>In "real life" the Queen does not go any knots but MACH at>37'000 feet.
