June 1, 200620 yr >Have you checked the PMDG web site?? ;-)Definetly! Especially the PMDG744(F) is a state of the art product. But if you dont like the heavies or just dont have enough time for a long haul, try the PMDG737NG series.Furthermore, there is a great 767 made by levelD simulations available too and if you are more a fan of the "classics" check out captainsim and flight1. So far the planes. Now, an absolutely MUST HAVE for anyone who takes FS even a bit serios is Active Sky6 from Hifisim. Finally, to get most realistic ATC (the default FS ATC is not really realstic), you should buy Radar Contact4 from jdtllc.Sry for advertising other products on PMDG
June 1, 200620 yr PMDG and Level-D I would recommend without reservation for modern Airliners. Also MAAM and Wings of Power for WW2 period planes.Other companies with top notch products include:Captain Sim (Esp the C-130), Flight 1 for the ATR-72 and others.PSS for the 777. SSTSim for their Concorde. Coolsky for the Super 80.And those are just the ones I personally have bought.Yes some such as the PMDG 747 are brand new and the top of the pile, but is a growing list of awesome aircaft from Cessnas to Blackbirds. The market is such that 'by the book' is becoming the norm for quality add ons. There really are some stunning planes and helos out there. Just read the reviews and check the relevant forums.Look for AVSIM reviews, and PCPilot recommended planes and you won't go far wrong no matter what plane types you want.
