Wind Changes!!!

Using real world weather I often get wind changes which can be as much as 80kts in a split second. Often shooting my plane up into the air as the autopilot desperately tries to maintain airspeed? Any way to overcome this???Thanks, Al

Yes;1. Purchase a registered copy of FSUIPC and turn on the wind smoothing options.2. Purchase a copy of Active Sky and set it's wind smoothing option.
