August 26, 200619 yr Obviously I've never sat in the cockpit of a real airliner but I can't imagine being able to hear the wipers. Especially with air recirc or engines spooled up. Just my two-cents that it may not be a very realistic request.Regards, Regards, Al Jordan | KCAE

Just my two-cents that>it may not be a very realistic request.>>Regards,>yes you can actually hear them, even in a 747-400Fand besides, when your engines are roaring, the wipers arent on. before takeoff you usually turn the wipers off, and during your approach you might turn them on. so almost all the time you would hear the wipers going, especially before and during taxing
