SIDSTARS Procedures for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta KATL

AVSIM FS2004-Flight Plans & NavData libraries: File for KATL current as of cycle 0609 (31 Aug - 28 Sep 06). Based on FAA NACO Digital Terminal Procedures. Includes all procedures and approaches (16-DPs 11-STARs 21-IAPs). All RNAV arrivals are enumerated for landing East or West (e.g. use HONIE3.E landing East) and assume vectors to final per charted instructions. These are also provided in runway-specific versions for use in lieu of vectors, the procedure connects to a ILS approach at the final approach fix (e.g., HONIE3.27L provides a downwind, base and a localizer intercept for the ILS27L approach). These routes are based on actual ground tracks observed at flightaware.com for East and West traffic flows. The readme includes SID & STAR charts to assist procedure selection, and recommendations on how to fly the challenging arrival patterns where entry to downwind is at 12000-13000 ft followed by 5000-8000 ft descent prior to turning base.
