FSX in Australia

Featured Replies

Hi all,I'm just wondering if anyone within Australia has been able to purchase a copy of FSX? I just went to the Harvey Norman Computer Superstore at Bennetts Green, NSW and was told they won't have any copies until some time in November!Seems odd and, to be honest, annoying that the rest of the world appears to get FSX a month or two ahead of us. Why the longer wait for Australian customers???Ryan or Robert, could you please make a post of what YOU think would be suitable specs for a computer to run FSX smoothly without jumpy visual effects such as stuttering (not necessarily with every single slider up to the max in FSX) to give us some sort of idea of what might be a good benchmark if we want to go looking for hardware if we wish to upgrade or purchase a new PC?I ask because while my system will run FSX, it's been the case with every new version that more of our system resources get chewed up and this version seems to be the hungriest yet, given the level of detail in the environment.Regards,Matt
