October 30, 200619 yr I've never had a problem with pmdg support before so this one suprised me. I was reinstalling my pmdg software on my new computer built just for fs9 and fsx and when I started to reinstall the 747 I got asked for my password.. which I had forgotten. So, after looking through all the support options it looked like my only option was via the "update me" route. Now mind you I was NOT looking for a new download link, I have the software all I needed was a password. Well, long story short two days later and all I've gotten was an "auto-reply" email. Lucky for me I did manage to "remember" my password after two days of scratching my head and got the Queen and Freighter reinstalled or else I'd still be waiting for an email response from "update me".WillLoyal customer since FS2002.
