In the 2-D panel I press the screw, but what do I do in the VC mode? I have tried pressing the screw and it does not work. Once airborne and autopilot is on I can press vnav and it will go into thrust mode. I have the FMC programed to practice landing at KORD. I take off, engauage the autopilot and then disconnect autopilot at ~1500' to manuel land. Thanks,

Hi there, welcome to the forums!You'll need to sign your name to posts, forum rules.99.9999% of information people are looking for is in the manual and/or will be here in the forums as well if you search, but here's the answer just for this one time... ;-)There are some brown paddles on the front of the thrust levers, you can see them when the thrust levers are back at idle. That's the TOGA switch.Enjoy!
