Over the last couple of airac cycles some airport information has been deleted, such as PANC, WRRR, KSEA, WRSJ. They appear in the airac database for FSNAV. When I rey to input them in the 737 FMC i get the message not in database...any thooughts

You implied that you are updating airac data, are you getting the current global data from navigraph? You didn't mention if you are updating sidstars. Planepath still updates US procedures each cycle (PANC & KSEA are included) and it's installer leaves all non-US procedures as-is during install.The database in FSNAV is not used by the FMC, only the flightplan that you export to PMDG. The FMC relies exclusively on airac and sidstar data.
