Dear PMDG,I noticed in your forums and ops wiki that you try to respond to emails received at your support@precisionmanuals.com address within 24hrs. I sent an email to that address last Saturday (12/9/06) and have yet to receive a reply. I figure my email hit your spam filter or something (or vice versa). I'm posting to let someone know that I have re-sent that email so please keep an eye for something from shaun@ownnav.com (or please let me know of a different email address to utilize). Did you get a response that PMDG received your e-mail? If not something is blocking it on your side.

George and Paul,No, I did not receive anything saying you had received my email. I'll try and send it directly from my gmail account ... look for something from shaun.oneil.ak@gmail.com ... after that I'll need some suggestions because I don't have any other email addresses.Thanks for the forum replies! :)
