Seasons greetingsDoe's anyone know if it possible to get ATIS frequency info without going in to the map view option. Maybe via the kneeboard or CDU ?MTIASteve

Other than getting the frequency before you start, the only way I can think of is using charts. You can get them free around the web, but one of the handiest is either Vatsim or a site i found last year http://www.fscharts.com/ . It may not give you a detailed set of charts for every airport, but it will give you a basic frequency and position chart for anywhere you can imagine.Hope this helps.

Chart, which you would be flying with RW. The arrival (STAR) and approach charts provide ATIS. Your initial call with approach control should include a statement that you have "information alpha" for example.
