Open the file RJCC.txt (in PMDG/SIDSTARS directory) to find name of author who uploaded the file to navdata. If it is not too old, I bet the author would be glad to help you out.

You might also try www.planepath.com and see if Terry has some old one's that he could send you. Since some countries in the world stated "Copywriting" the proceedures, the US Government had to stop publishing them (Oct 2006 wast the last) and now only publishes US SID (DPs) and STARS. Hence, Terry only has free data for the USA now.Steve Park
