February 12, 200719 yr Howdy,This is happening alot with me recently, but this is going to be the last crash to the desktop....Whilst selecting my flight with the PMDG 737-700 (NG), all is well. As soon as i clicked "fly now", the desktop appreared a split second later. It crashed....Angry that this has happened to me before a million times, including the 744, i tried again. It managed to load up fine, but when openeing the FMC, the crash to the desktop happened again.Any ideas? I completely re-installed windows XP, but no avail.Oh, before ye ask, i installed the 744 after the 737 NG.Help appreiciatedrobbie

February 13, 200719 yr Commercial Member Robbie-It is HIGHLY unlikely that your CTD problem is related to any PMDG product. Historically we have been the "target of choice" for CTD blame- but in the past five years nothing has really come of such activity.CTD problems are far more likely the result of scenery addons that do not get along well together- or the rather quietly fixed CTD issues being triggered by UT scenery. When you start experiencing CTDs- sometimes the only thing to do is to clean out your stable and start fresh with the addons you really need. While the proliferation of developers makes this hobby great- it also brings some headaches on occasion.Sorry I couldn't be of greater help! Robert S. February 13, 200719 yr Captain,Thanks for that, but my problems were solved...If anybody has an Asus mothermoard, do not enable the AI NOS overclocking feature, this is what is causing the CTDThanksrobbie
