April 7, 200719 yr Hey, All This is rather embarrassing to say the least. But this has been bothering the heck out of me so I might aswell get over it and just ask. As you can see in the pic in the PFD right under VNAV PTH it says RADIO 100 what does this mean? I have looked and looked in the PMDG operation manuals and cannot find an anwser to this.
April 7, 200719 yr The RADIO 100 means that your radio altimeter is set to 100 feet.Ryan GamurotLucky to live Hawai'ihttp://www.virtualpilots.org/signatures/vpa296.png Ryan Gamurot
April 7, 200719 yr Well, that really means you have set 100 ft (taking data from your radio altimeter) as your DH (decision height) if you are flying a precision approach (with vertical guidance) or your MDA (minimum descent altitude) if you are flying a non precision approach (no vertical guidance).Jose Luis. signed: José Luis
