Can someone please assist with a problem as I am rather confused. On the FMC in PMDG 737-800 Dep and Arr for EGCC show no Sids or Stars. I downloaded the All in One from Navdata and installed. I downloaded the latest Airac and installed. There is still no Sids or Stars available for EGCC. What am I doing wrong please.:-(

Perhaps nothing wrong, try this: Look in the folder .../PMDG/SIDSTARS for a file named EGCC.txt, which you probably do not have. This tells you that the AIO doesn't have this location. The best source for sidstars for US & UK is probably Terry's site planepath.com and from there you can download a complete current set including EGCC.On second thought, the one thing you did wrong was not look in the PMDG Ops site for help... there's a couple of articles in there that talk about sidstar updates and it's also included in the manual.

Dan, Thanks for that, downloaded the file from Planepath, and it has solved the problem. I still dont understand why theSids and Stars that were in place disappeared, was it when I updated with the latest Airac from Navigraph. :D

That probably did not cause it... the airac data is stored in a different place than the sidstars; I assume you are aware that there's a two step process to updating navigation data 1) AIRAC 2)SIDSTARS... there's one source for airac and several for sidstars.
