I may be making a schoolboy error here but I've just just updated to Airac 0706 and when programming the FMC, it doesn't have the runways for EGKK and EGLL in the database. More likely you do not have sidstars for those locations. Verify you have files named EGKK.txt and EGLL.txt in the PMDG/SIDSTARS folder. These are available from planepath.com
