August 8, 200718 yr Spacing is important... I've defined it here:http://ops.precisionmanuals.com/wiki/NAVDATA_Data_DictionaryThere's also a wiki article on VHHX here:http://ops.precisionmanuals.com/wiki/VHHX_...perb_simulationHope this helps. Dan Downs KCRP
August 8, 200718 yr It helps a little bit thank you mate, but i still don't understand how many "Space"-s are needed, and why the "rwy 13 unknown" is on the FMC screen?I saw the exaples over here http://ops.precisionmanuals.com/wiki/NAVDATA_Data_DictionaryI have the latest updates for the VHHX SID/STAR-s (VHHX v.9) from here http://www.navdata.at/php/sidstar/dl_list.php?addon=PMDGand now i know what is what :)So is there a problem with the error massage of the FMC or i can fly without worries?I'm asking all those qustions because here in Bulgaria (i'm Bulgarian) have a lot of PMDG 747, 737 fans and a lot of Kai Tak's fans, but there is no information fot this problem - we fly on manual app's from the CH VOR/NDB to the verry landing on 13. The reason - no VHHX in th database hah....
August 8, 200718 yr Perhaps my examples are not clear enough.. if you look at the data dictionary, and look in the block for runway data you'll see that the ICAO code needs to start in column 25. So, VHHX text the V needs to be in the 25th position and it takes as many spaces as needed between airport name and V to start the VHHX at 25. Tab characters do not work, they must be spaces. The error message means that you can't use the SIDSTARS until you fix the entry in the airac data.Hope this helps a little bit more. Dan Downs KCRP
