New upload to AVSIM FS2004-Flight Plans library. This is an update to the procedures included in the Cycle 0709 Collection. Custom routes for NOATC flying are included for departures and arrivals, and these have been tweaked and tuned for the 747-400. Departure routes are included for BETTE, MERIT and ten unpublished routes based on the KENNEDY vectors-only departure procedure to often used GAYLE, GREKI, RBV and others. Of course, all procedures are included in the "as published" versions for use with ATC service.
