Hello,I have tryed to contact PMDG directly, yet they have not returned my question in over a week (I hope their busy on the fantastic products they release). Anyway, my question is; I have had to switch computers entirely and i was wondering how do I get a new installation of the PMDG 737NG (-600 + -700 models). Hope someone can help! Thanks in advance

Well, when I purchased the 600/700 and the 800/900 I downloaded to a writable CD so I would have backup copies just in case. Guess what!!! Had a major computer failure and had to rebuild almost from scratch. The only original parts not affected were the two CD drives and the floppy. With the two CD's for the 737's I was able to reinstall without any problems.Possibly PMDG will alow you to redownload, and if so, put it on a CD for the future.That said, I hope you get help from them. I'm trying to do the same with my P51 from Shockwave since the CD copy I made would not load it for some reason.Wish you the best,Jim

Hi,First, you must sign your real name to your all of posts, it's a forum rule.If you don't have the original installers, we offer a redownload service for a small fee on our online store. If you still have the installers then just copy them over to the new machine and run them to install the NG.
