It means that the flight plan you loaded calls for the use of a runway that doesn't exist. There is no Ry 9 at either LAX or SFO.Don't know what's wrong with it, but the direct fix is to create a new flightplan for that route. Go to flightaware ( http://flightaware.com/statistics/ifr-route/ ) and find that they are using VTU5 RZS J501 BSR BSR2. This is an easy one to enter, just a SID and a STAR connected between with one airway.By the way, KLAX departures or usually either 24L or 25R.
