July 12, 200817 yr Hello, I have sent an email to the product replacement email address more than two days ago and after not hearing anything sent one to support email address. I need to get a replacement 737 since I lost mine from my computer... I even included my reciept. Does anyone have any light to shed on the delay of a response? Thanks
July 13, 200817 yr Your name is required in this forum.PMDG support sends a confirmation message when they get an email, if you didn't get a reply then you didn't reach them, for what ever reason. Many will get a free email account from anyone of several portals and use that to get through the aggressive (too aggressive?) spam blocking they use.Hope this helps.Off subject, it's a good idea to backup.
