I have tried contacting PMDG support 4 times since Sunday using Yahoo mail and I still have not had any response or notification that my email was even recieved. I am trying to re-download the 747-400X which I purchased a few months ago. Please advise. Thank you.

If you're not getting the autoresponse then yes, Yahoo isn't working. Gmail has given good results based on what we've seen.Btw guys, we are looking into a fully web based support system that will eliminate this sort of thing, no ETA on that but we are looking to end this problem.
