737NG FMC trouble

Featured Replies

Good evening everybody,I have been using the downloadversion of the 737 family for quite some time and had no problems in the past.Last week, after losing some critical files from my harddrive, I decided that I would be better off buying the boxed version of both the 737-600 as the 737-800.I installed them on a pristine copy of FS-9 (with update) and now I have this problem. When I activate the FMC, it works fine but... when I click on the 4-button, the display says 7, when I click on the 7-button, the display says 7 and when clicking on the ,-button, I also get a 7 on the scratchpath...any suggestions on what is going on?I am using windows WP proAll help appreciated.Luc BrusselmansBelgium

Hi LucI had something similar to this but I have only the downloadable version, and my problem was that I re-sized the fmc either on my main monitor or when I transported it over to my second monitor, I have an LCD widescreen as main monitor and an old crt type second monitor, so it is always getting re- sized. I just play around with the "length to width" ratio of the fmc on whichever screen I am using for it and when I get it right all the buttons work as they should. May be worth trying this before you get too technical and maybe change something that you do not need to.regardsJohn Calleja BAW 352

Luc, try this:Stretch your FMC vertically, you should be good, it has something to do with resolution, that's how I solved it though.
