Captains,I had to re-format my hard drive, but had the care of saving the PMDG .ZIP downloads files. However, I'm having trouble in re-installing the planes. I don't remember if I had a passord of what else, but it's not working, somehow. All them were downloads, no boxes.Any hints are most appreciated.BPilot

Sergio,Email support and ask about retrieving your order numbers. You shouldn't have to purchase the Redownload service if you still have the installers. Make sure you tell them which email address you originally used to purchase if you remember it.
