FSBuild and PMDG MD-11

Featured Replies

Hi guysI have not seen a post about this topic, but doubt I will be alone in requesting information regarding someone creating a performance file for FSBuild based on PMDG's MD-11 that was released yesterday. Is someone going to do this?Regards,

Matthew Bellette

Hi Matt:The issue at the moment is that boeing are refusing to issue the performance data for PMDG to release. Without that (or a couple of weeks of test flights) it is going to be nigh on impossible. That said, i am told that the MD11 currently avaialable in FSBuild is very good, although the fuel calcs are best left to the FMC...CheersPaul

Is there a way to auto ignore trolls, flamers and any post with a +1 in it here?

Gents,The MD-11 profiles that ship with FSBuild are quite good for a reasonable fuel estimate, particularly when FSBuild reads aloft wind data from ASX. Further refinements possible regarding optimum altitudes and fuel through the FMC including wind/temperature data.Best,Vangelis===================================== E M V Precision Manuals Development Group www.precisionmanuals.com=====================================

Will fuel and flight planning documents become available in the future?
