Hello everyone, quick question, how do I get to know the right flaps setting for take-off, I've been doing some reading but I can't find anything especific about it, maybe I'm little tired.!!!! I appreciate any information. Leonardo Soares

Thanks George for your quick reply. I just got curious because there's this dial-a flap thing so I'm assuming that for whatever reason you can determine a specific setting but based on what I don't know. Thanks anyway, I'll stick with 25

Leonardo,to use dial-a-flap for take-off as the airlines do you need extensive tables for each airport or a software doing all this calculation.However many airlines use a standard-setting to base all their calculations on. Mine used flaps 22
