MD-11 Flaps for t/o and fuel planner

Hello,I tried another flight last night, got the same issues. Plane losing speed then altitute then the old CoG warnings, end of flight.It seems the only flight I can do without issue is the tutorial, hopefully PMDG will release lots of tutorials so us mere mortals that don't know how to calculate fuel/weight will have more than one flight to do.Question, do PMDG provide refunds?Regards,
